Some people who are on dieting think that leaving breakfast will solve the purpose but such people should be aware that though they may get successful in loosing a few pounds, they will loose energy to work for regular hours ultimately leading in the lack of concentration and healthy glow of the body. Its better to have high fibre, high protein diet in the mornings reducing the amount of food intake in your lunch and dinner. Skip dinner or restrict it to salads and milk to have your body and mind good in shape.
  • Take lot of fluids as much as possible. Eight to 10 glasses of water is what is recommended for a human body to consume in a day. It will not only keep up your digestive system by removing accumulated toxins, but will also help your achieve glowing healthy skin. Always compensate for lost fluid.
  • It’s good to keep yourself in daylight for some hours of the day to inhale fresh air and develop spirit of goodwill and optimism. Take morning or evening walk whatever time suits your schedules the best to enjoy things around you and feel socially attached.
  • Rest is as important as is to remain active during the day. Respect the night’s sleep and relax your mind to get up fresh and active the next morning. Our bodies renew when we are asleep and depriving ourselves of enough rest makes our body uncomfortable and stressed. We need to have enough hours of sleep in order to benefit from it. Thus sleep fine and let your body do the natural healings.
  • Try to stretch during the day. Whether during your walk, or in the mornings and afternoons. A few minutes of stretching  your muscles will  eliminate all the stress and energizes you. Simply get up, raise your hands and try to reach heaven.
  • The smile is the expression of inner happiness. Try to take a problem to see it. When you feel stress overwhelms you take a deep breath, remember that it is easier to make mistakes when you have stress and confusion.
  • Every day do something to create a better world. No need to become a volunteer and go to Africa to feed the poor. With  few small activities such as laughing or smiling at a yourself or stranger or giving way to anyone who can walks quickly, offer a seat to your elders, do not hold trash in its place and  do not waste energy influences to live a better life.

In our hectic schedules, we often forget to live a healthy life that is more important than any other worldly possession you might ignore it for.
